R.G.CHAN & ASSOCIATES (RGC&A) proudly announces that through the AboitizPower Green Office Building Project, we have been afforded the opportunity to pioneer Green Architecture in our area--the Northern Luzon of the Philippines.

We have worked long and ardous hours in the task of active research for this project and ended up deploying these choice features for this landmark edifice: daylighting, solar shading canopies, harness of prevailing wind, green (vegetated) roofs, and passive cooling.

R.G.CHAN & ASSOCIATES (RGC&A) is a seasoned consulting firm (founded in 1982) of Filipino architects and engineers based in Baguio City, Philippines.

Specializes in Architectural and Engineering (A&E) consultancy and design of commercial and institutional projects, deploying state-of-the-art Computer-Aided Design (CAD) facilities. We actively advocate green building and sustainable architecture through active research and the use creative/innovative designs.

RGC&A is recognized as the pioneer Computer-Aided Design (CAD) outfit in the City of Baguio and the Northern Luzon area of the Philippines; starting in the use of computer-generated drawings and renderings as early as 1989.

With the move of the two RGC&A principal architects to the USA (California), the RGC&A Baguio office has transitioned into being a production office. Only outsourcing jobs shall henceforth be undertaken--with most workload being sourced from overseas.
